I found out why Play Wild wouldn't load!

My internet connection was slow... How do I speed it up?! It's fine on my laptop...

IMPORTANT! - Play Wild won't load!!

Basically, I opened the app today, it showed a loading screen, and didn't even load! If you know how to fix this glitch, please comment the solution!! Don't worry, I won't be quitting Animal Jam!

When you try to buy something from the traveling salesman but it says an error occurred

So, I went onto the PC website and redeemed the codes "bats", "beeparty", "downyfriend", and "twelve". On the website, all of them (except "twelve") gave me gems and "twelve" gave me a diamond. :) At times, it said I had cool items on AJPW, so I logged in on AJPW. The first items I got? 15 sapphires.

Honestly, all sapphire animals and sapphire dens cost too much.

So, horses used to cost 150 sapphires, but today, when I opened the app, they costed 100 sapphires, and I had more sapphires than that, so I bought one! 😄
